Project Lifecycle Management

VistaMed has multiple project management teams – each consisting of a Project Manager, Process Engineer, Quality (Validation) Engineer and CAD technician, including support from our Regulatory Compliance and LEAN/6 Sigma experts.

The project teams are comprised of highly skilled engineers, using best-in-class tools and techniques consistently ensuring the project goals regarding  quality, cost and delivery – are achieved. The key to VistaMed’s success has been our professionalism in bringing your product from design to manufacturing  with a degree of attention and communication that you would expect from your internal team, resulting in a product that is safe, effective and within budget.

VistaMed has all of the necessary catheter manufacturing capabilities in house enabling a rapid turnaround time for prototype delivery. Rapid turnaround time in the prototype phase is key to saving our clients precious time and cost in the development phase of a project. VistaMed have a proven track record of successfully working with our customers in assisting them through the design phase in the shortest time frame possible. Following design approval VistaMed quality and engineering resources can validate the manufacturing process enabling the product to enter into the volume production phase.
