VistaMed has insert moulding machines in a variety of sizes in order to cater to low and high volume requirements. VistaMed has the ability to mould both rigid and flexible thermoplastic materials, with particular focus on junction hubs, luers and strain reliefs. As with all of our manufacturing processes, our molding machines are contained within a clean room to ensure cleanliness of the finished part.
